Half a standard pig is 50lb minimum. A typical half pig would be as follows -

2 shoulder joints, blade and hand.

2 leg joints, fillet and knuckle end

2 boned rolled and stuffed belly joints

16-20 Pork chops

1 kidney, head trotters and offals are optional. 

Any variation on butchery can be done please specify how you would like it butchered and we will try and match your needs as best we can, boning and rolling may incur an extra charge.

Our lambs are grass fed and produce a lean carcuss with taste. Delivery is anywhere in the UK mainland. Half a lamb is butchered as follows -

Half a Mutton carcuss butchered boxed and delivered.

Can be butchered to suit your needs and is delivered bagged and labelled ready for the freezer.
